How do I know which products are right for me?

Please email us at with any and all questions. Our skincare specialists have years of experience and a deep understanding and passion for skin health and would love to help you find what would be best for your skin.

What is the best way to store my products?

To extend shelf life, store products in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight.

Avoid letting soap bars sit in water. Since they are not detergent-based, they will dissolve faster when left in water.

Keep products free of contamination by using dry hands or spoons/scoops.

What is the shelf life of my products?

Your products arrive fresh from our warehouse. We produce in small batches and rotate our stock every month, so you can enjoy the product for its entire lifespan. The approximate shelf life for our products is 12-18 months.

How long will my products last?

Face moisturizers, toners, and serums used 2x daily: 2-3 months
Face masks: small: 3-5 masks large: 12-17 masks
Shower masks: small: 6-10 masks large: 24-34
Fizzers: single use
Bonbons: 2-4 uses
Lotions and scrubs: dependent on body size and frequency of use.

Why does my product look or smell different than the one I had before?

Just like wine, fruit, and vegetables, all naturally grown products differ by harvest and region. Our products can vary slightly in color and fragrance depending on the source of our ingredients because we maintain the integrity of our formulations and do not change them to conform to a specific appearance or scent. We are always searching for the highest quality and most sustainable and local source for our ingredients so as we may change a supplier our products may appear to have changed but you can rest assured that your skin is our top priority.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is your return policy?

By purchasing Sumbody products, you are supporting a small, independently owned business. In an effort to keep our costs low and our quality high, we do not accept returns.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, depending on product availability. Shipping times vary based on location. Most orders arrive within 1-7 business days.

You may choose between UPS or USPS shipping at checkout. Please note: PO boxes must select USPS.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged or missing items?

If you receive a package with broken, missing, or incorrect items, please contact us within 2 days of delivery and we will happily replace them.

My package is marked as delivered but I haven't received it. What should I do?

Please contact the carrier as soon as possible if you believe your package is missing or lost. You will need to file a claim with the carrier for missing packages marked as delivered. We are happy to assist you with the process. Email us at

We currently only ship within the United States and Canada.
