About Natural Products

o We do not use synthetic preservatives. Our products are preserved naturally by their ingredients and by the methods we use to manufacture them. Store your sumbody products in a cool, dry place to maximize product life. Water, air and dirty hands can cause contamination, so keep lids on tight, use scoops, and avoid getting water into the jars and tubes.
o Our products are handmade in small batches to guarantee their quality, freshness and integrity. This means that some slight variation in color, scent, and consistency may occur.
About Holiday Shipping

o During the month of December we make every effort to guarantee on-time delivery. However, due to increased shipping volume, UPS cannot guarantee on-time delivery; once our shipments are in their charge, we cannot control or foresee delays. o Customer pays return shipping on all service. Original Shipping is a service already paid and used. Therefore it will not be refunded under any condition.
